Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned grooming products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
